How to make it

  • Sauté garlic and ginger in large oiled skillet over medium heat.
  • Add rice and beef stock then bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  • Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile marinate beef strips in red wine, black pepper, soy sauce and cornstarch 15 minutes.
  • Reserving marinade remove beef from liquid and stir fry with green onions in skillet 3 minutes.
  • Add reserved marinade and bring to a boil then stir.
  • Add beef and onion mixture to rice then gently combine.
