Onion Swiss Steak

- 3 pounds round steak 3/4" thick shopping list
- 2 package onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 20 ounces canned tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut steak against the grain into serving pieces then season with salt and pepper.
- Place into Dutch oven then sprinkle soup mix and garlic over top and pour tomatoes over all.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 3 hours.
