So delicious! I used my cast iron dutch oven for this which runs SO HOT so I had to add a little tomato sauce every now and then in the cooking process to keep in some liquid. This is one of those recipes that is easy, quick and inexpensive to make....AND has a ton of flavor! I served mine over rice with the extra sauce. Topped with some fresh parsley for color. Good recipe ;)

You guys wouldnt be making fun of me would ya = ) Hehe. I liked my celery leaves. For the time being, I wont have any fresh basil, parsley, dill, and NEVER cilantro :) for a while. You guys always take such nice pics with all your fancy fresh spice/herb thingys. I looked through my fridge and that was all I could come up with :) Some day I will have fresh stuff

BTW, that pic looks great, ML2C. I just finished eating not less then 20 min ago and looking at that Im ready to eat again. Must be all that color :P

BTW#2 and Heads Up.......did you rate it? I see that your pic is there and that the recipe had been rated once, but there is nothing on the page

I always have fresh parsley on hand but I do miss my basil during the winter months.

Fixed the problem Mr P, thanks for the heads up ;)
