Sook Ju Namool Seasoned Bean Sprouts Recipe
This is a favorite of mine, everyone likes it in Korean cooking classes I teach.

Ingredients
  • 1# fresh mung bean sprouts, found at Asian food stores
  • 2 tsp. + rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tst salt
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • dash or two of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp + of soy sauce
  • 1 T. + of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. + of sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions
  1. Wash the bean sprots well in collandar. Pour the sesame oil in a sauce pan and add bean sprouts and salt. Cover pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Stir with chop sticks to flavor sprouts with oil til lightly steam. Move to a serving bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Adjust ingredients to taste. Chill and serve.
