SWEET POTATO PUDDING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Miller Estate in Wills Point, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter melted

Directions
  1. Mix filling ingredients and pour into rectangular greased baking dish.
  2. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over filling then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
