Ingredients
  • Clams--Magical ones as many as you like
  • Potatoes, peeled and cubed, small then steamed
  • Celery- minced
  • Onion-chopped
  • Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 Tsp dill weed
  • 1-2 sticks of butter to saute the vegetables
  • 1 Quart of clam juice
  • 2 quarts of Heavy cream

Directions
  1. Saute the celery and onion the butter in the bottom of stock pot
  2. Add the parsley and saute
  3. Add the dill and saute
  4. Add the broth and cook for 20 minutes
  5. Add the potatoes
  6. Add the cream and slowly cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with Oyster crackers and Jameson.
