Clam Chowder Habanero

- clams--Magical ones as many as you like shopping list
- potatoes, peeled and cubed, small then steamed shopping list
- Celery- minced shopping list
- onion-chopped shopping list
- Chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp dill weed shopping list
- Minced Habanero Pepper to sprinkle on top shopping list
- 1-2 sticks of butter to saute the vegetables shopping list
- 1 Quart of clam juice shopping list
- 2 quarts of heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Saute the celery and onion the butter in the bottom of stock pot
- Add the parsley and saute
- Add the dill and saute
- Add the broth and cook for 20 minutes
- Add the potatoes
- Add the cream and slowly cook for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle a tiny bit of the Habanero Pepper
- Serve with Oyster crackers and Jameson.
