How to make it

  • Saute the celery and onion the butter in the bottom of stock pot
  • Add the parsley and saute
  • Add the dill and saute
  • Add the broth and cook for 20 minutes
  • Add the potatoes
  • Add the cream and slowly cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle a tiny bit of the Habanero Pepper
  • Serve with Oyster crackers and Jameson.
