How to make it

  • Suate shitake mushrooms and spinach in 2 tbs evoo until spinach is wilted.
  • Let cool.
  • When cool, blend all ingredients together.
  • Serve on bagel or pita chips, or your chouice. I like the Roasted Garlic Triscuits!
