How to make it

  • preheat oven to 400*F
  • separate the dough into biscuits, then separate each biscuit into four thin pieces along the lines
  • dip each side into cornmeal and place on ungreased cookie sheet
  • in a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat
  • add onion
  • cook & stir until tender, about 5 min
  • stir in meatless soy crumbles, chili pepper & dried oregano
  • cook and stir until crumbles defrost
  • add re-fried beans, tomatoes, & tomato sauce
  • stir over low heat for 2 minutes
  • remove from heat.
  • spoon mixture on top of dough rounds
  • sprinkle with cheese
  • bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until crusts are golden brown, and topping is hot, & cheese is melted.
