Tomato-olivecream cheese Dip-spread

This is a tasty dip or spread. Great for crackers, vegetables, or toasted bagets.
Ingredients
- 12 med sun-dried tomatoes ( not the kind packed in oil) chopped shopping list
- 1 8oz cream cheese ( at room temp) shopping list
- 2 T sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 C chopped black olives shopping list
- 1/4 C chopped red onion shopping list
- 1/4 C roasted pine nuts (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together well. May add more sour cream or heavy cream to thin if desired. Use for veggie dip, or as a spread for crackers or toated bagets.
