Ingredients

1/2 cup whipping cream chilled

1/4 cup powdered sugar

8 ounce package cream cheese softened

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

2 tablespoons peach preserves

Directions

In chilled bowl beat whipping cream at high speed scraping bowl often until soft peaks form.

Continue beating gradually adding 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks.

Add powdered sugar, cream cheese, ginger and preserves.

Continue beating scraping bowl often until smooth.
