Peach Laced Cream Puffs

- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- peach Cream: shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream chilled shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 2 tablespoons peach preserves shopping list
- 1/2 cup peach preserves melted shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400.
- Bring water and butter to a full boil in saucepan then stir in flour.
- Cook over low heat stirring vigorously until mixture forms a ball.
- Add eggs one at a time beating until smooth.
- Drop about 1/3 cup dough 3” apart on cookie sheet then bake for 40 minutes and cool.
- In chilled mixer bowl beat cream at high speed scraping bowl often until soft peaks form.
- Continue beating gradually adding 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar, cream cheese, ginger and preserves.
- Continue beating scraping bowl often until smooth.
- Spoon some of the cream over each cream puff and drizzle with melted preserves.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
