This was in my mom's recipe box. I love this cake. Its easy and delicious! It's ready in 4 hours.

Ingredients
  • 1 package German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 jar caramel sundae sauce
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • strawberries, blueberries or blackberries, for topping

Directions
  1. Bake cake in 9x13 pan according to directions.
  2. While still warm punch holes in cake and pour milk over cake.
  3. Spread caramel sauce over this.
  4. Top with Cool Whip.
  5. Add the fruit topping, if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for four hours.
