How to make it

  • Preheat oven broiler to 500 degrees
  • In large mixing bowl add turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, celery seed, pepper, Stadium Salsa and chili powder
  • Mix ingredients thoroughly with hands in large mixing bowl
  • Form four patties from mixture
  • Place the four patties on presprayed broiling pan and place in oven
  • Broil each side of burger for approximately 6 minutes until browned and juices run clear, lightly sprinkling seasoning salt and pepper on both sides
  • Butter wheat buns and place under broiler until golden brown (approx 2 min)
  • Mix with fork (pitted and skinned) avocado with mayonaise and spread on toasted wheat bun
  • Top burgers with thinly sliced tomato, sprinkle basil on thinly sliced mozzarella cheese and finally add crisp lettuce
