My son gave me this recipe and it's so easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 8oz. smoked Kielbasa, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (11 1/2 oz) bean with bacon soup,undiluted
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Directions
  1. Bring water and vegetables to a boil in a large saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add Kielbasa and soup and heat thoroughly
  3. Garnish with parsley, if desired
