How to make it

  • Slowly melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Alternately add the sugar and evaporated milk. Stir till smooth.
  • Return to heat. Simmer 8-10 mins. Makes 2 cups

    OMG, Pat.....I remember taking the bus from Natick to Wellesley to go to Baileys when I was a kid...even had a job at the lunch counter at the Woolworths down the street....thanks for a great post but more than that, thanks for the memory...They had "THE" best hot fudge I ever had...:)
