Ingredients

6 pork cutlets

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 soup can milk

4 potatoes cut in quarters

Directions

Season cutlets with salt and pepper then brown on both sides in oiled skillet.

Warm soup with milk until well mixed then place cutlets in large baking dish.

Add potatoes and pour soup over all then bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours.
