How to make it

  • Mix together brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, egg and evaporated milk. Heat until boiling and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Pour into 9x12 glass baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  • Slice bread into 3/4 slices and nestle into syrup.
  • Place egg, milk, triple sec, grated orange and vanilla into blender and whirl 15 seconds. Pour over bread.
  • Cover and refrigerate over night.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. (Until bread turns brown)

    I love overnight French Toast, and this sounds wonderful. I've made overnight French Toast before, but I really like the addition of Triple Sec. 5 forks for sure!
