How to make it

  • Whisk together skim milk and reduced fat mayonnaise
  • Saute in non-stick skillet water, carrots, zucchini and peppers until soft
  • Combine liquid mixture to skillet and Add dried basil, salt and black pepper
  • Stir until heated but don't let it boil
  • Mix with cooked noodles
  • sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
