This was taken from a commercial by the Body Break people my mom and I saw over 13 years ago. It tastes soooo amazing that you’re shocked it’s actually good for you. It’s a MUST try.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cups (175ml) skim milk
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (25ml) water
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 1 zucchini, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 tsp (1ml) each: dried basil, salt, black pepper
  • 4 cups (1000ml) rotini noodles, cooked
  • parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Whisk together skim milk and reduced fat mayonnaise
  2. Saute in non-stick skillet water, carrots, zucchini and peppers until soft
  3. Combine liquid mixture to skillet and Add dried basil, salt and black pepper
  4. Stir until heated but don't let it boil
  5. Mix with cooked noodles
  6. sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
