Body Break Pasta Primavera

- 3/4 cups (175ml) skim milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup (125ml) Reduced Fat mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tbsp (25ml) water shopping list
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1 zucchini, cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1/4 tsp (1ml) each: dried basil, salt, black pepper shopping list
- 4 cups (1000ml) rotini noodles, cooked shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together skim milk and reduced fat mayonnaise
- Saute in non-stick skillet water, carrots, zucchini and peppers until soft
- Combine liquid mixture to skillet and Add dried basil, salt and black pepper
- Stir until heated but don't let it boil
- Mix with cooked noodles
- sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
