Got this recipe from a friend a while back ...it may sound funny....BUT IT IS VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 pound pasta
  • 1/4 cup grated pecorino or Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Directions
  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender. Strain to remove seeds.
  2. Cook the spaghetti using the package directions; drain and toss with the cheese.
  3. Heat the butter and cream in a small saucepan.
  4. Move the pasta to a serving bowl, cover with strawberries, and then the butter sauce. Toss well.
  5. Serve with additional cheese and garnish with mint, if desired.
