How to make it

  • Rinse, then cut off stems and tops of peppers
  • Hollow peppers out by removing all seeds
  • Mix uncooked meat, salsa and rice in mixing bowl
  • Stuff peppers with mixture and top with additional Stadium Salsa
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes
  • Optional: add shredded cheese on top of peppers and place under broiler until cheese is a golden-brown
