5-minute Maple-Glazed Carrots

How to make it
- Peel and trim carrots.
- Place in a plastic bag (do not twist shut) and microwave on High for 4 minutes, or until the carrots are cooked through and flexible.
- In a saute pan, melt the butter and add the maple syrup.
- Drain the carrots and add to the butter etc.
- Saute medium-high until the carrots are shiny and the liquid is almost entirely evaporated.
- That's it!
