5-minute Maple-Glazed Carrots Recipe
Forget about boiling and reducing and trying to make the carrots less watery. This is quick, easy and deceptively sweet.

Ingredients
  • 8 carrots
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T maple syrup

Directions
  1. Peel and trim carrots.
  2. Place in a plastic bag (do not twist shut) and microwave on High for 4 minutes, or until the carrots are cooked through and flexible.
  3. In a saute pan, melt the butter and add the maple syrup.
  4. Drain the carrots and add to the butter etc.
  5. Saute medium-high until the carrots are shiny and the liquid is almost entirely evaporated.
  6. That's it!
