How to make it

  • Peel and trim carrots.
  • Place in a plastic bag (do not twist shut) and microwave on High for 4 minutes, or until the carrots are cooked through and flexible.
  • In a saute pan, melt the butter and add the maple syrup.
  • Drain the carrots and add to the butter etc.
  • Saute medium-high until the carrots are shiny and the liquid is almost entirely evaporated.
  • That's it!
