Ingredients
  • 1 lb fresh tilapia fillets
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings
  • 1 medium onion, 1 cut into rings
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • Salt, cayenne pepper and paprika

Directions
  1. Season fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle on paprika.
  3. An Old Bay Seasoning will do in place of the paprika and other spices.
  4. Spray broiling pan with non-stick cooking spray and place fish on pan.
  5. Mix garlic and margarine and brush on fish, then top with onion and bell pepper rings.
  6. Broil, not too close to flame or oven heat source until fish is flaky, about five to seven minutes for thin fillets.
  7. Garnish with lemon slice and fresh parsley.
