How to make it

  • Season fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle on paprika.
  • An Old Bay Seasoning will do in place of the paprika and other spices.
  • Spray broiling pan with non-stick cooking spray and place fish on pan.
  • Mix garlic and margarine and brush on fish, then top with onion and bell pepper rings.
  • Broil, not too close to flame or oven heat source until fish is flaky, about five to seven minutes for thin fillets.
  • Garnish with lemon slice and fresh parsley.
