Mikes Cajun Broiled Tilapia

- 1 lb fresh tilapia fillets shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings shopping list
- 1 medium onion, 1 cut into rings shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1 tbs lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted shopping list
- salt, cayenne pepper and paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Season fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle on paprika.
- An Old Bay Seasoning will do in place of the paprika and other spices.
- Spray broiling pan with non-stick cooking spray and place fish on pan.
- Mix garlic and margarine and brush on fish, then top with onion and bell pepper rings.
- Broil, not too close to flame or oven heat source until fish is flaky, about five to seven minutes for thin fillets.
- Garnish with lemon slice and fresh parsley.
