Sunny Burgers

SUNNY BURGERS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Scully Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1997.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 pound freshly ground turkey breast shopping list
- 1/3 cup bulgur wheat uncooked shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except buns and mix well then shape into four equal patties.
- Cook over hot coals 5 minutes per side then place on buns and garnish with favorite condiments.
