Ingredients

Nappa cabbage

1/2 lb. burger

2 T. garlic, minced

1 large onion, chopped and separated

1 egg, beaten

salt and pepper to taste

1 can of stewed tomatoes

1 can diced tomatoes

1 T. Italian seasoning

1 c. water

Directions

Combine burger, egg, 1 T. garlic, 1 1/2 T. onion, salt and pepper. mix well

Place about 1 T. mixture on flimsy end and roll. secure with toothpick.

In a large deep frying pan, add 1 c. water 1 can stewed tomatoes,1 can diced tomatoes, remaining onion and garlic, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning and cabbage rolls. Cook on med low heat for 1 hour
