Reuben Dip Recipe
I love reubens, so when a relative made this dip, I fell in love. There are a lot of variations of this one, but this is my favorite.

Ingredients
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup grated swiss
  • 1 c sauerkraut, squeezed well and chopped
  • 1 lb lean corn beef, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 loaf cocktail bread

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Soften cream cheese
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and season salt.
  4. Stir in sauerkraut, corned beef, and swiss cheese.
  5. Place mixture into a buttered, shallow casserole.
  6. Bake at 350 degress for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  7. Serve with cocktail rye bread.
