How to make it

  • Bring 11/2 quarts salted water to a boil
  • Add macaroni and boil for 6 to 7 minutes until al dente. Drain, rinse and transfer to a bowl
  • Toss with enough olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside
  • Combine the contents of the Four Cheese Sauce Mix with the milk. Place over medium heat, add 1/2 tablespoon butter and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and add havarti and Velveeta. Stir to melt
  • Melt 3-4 tablespoons of the butter in a saute pan and add bread crumbs. Stir to combine and brown the crumbs, then add parmesan cheese and parsley if using
  • Add the shellfish to the cheese mixture and cook a few minutes to warm. Transfer to serving bowls and top with a sprinkling of browned bread crumbs.
