Strawberry Angel Cake

From Cooking Light. The perfect dessert for last minute dinner guests. The grocery store makes the cake and you take all the credit.

In a small bowl, combine strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Let stand for 1 hour.
In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 sugar, milk and cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
Slice cake horizontally into 3 layers using a serrated knife. Place bottom layer cut side up onto serving plate.
Brush with 1 tablespoon liqueur(or juice) and spread with half of cream cheese mixture.
Spoon 1/3 strawberries over cream cheese mixture.
Repeat layers ending with cake and liqueur(juice).
Frost cake with whipped topping. Sprinkle alomonds over the top and spoon on remaining strawberries.
Chill until ready to serve.
