Peach Crumble Pie

I grew up on an orchard - mainly apple but we also had peaches. Fresh peach pie is one of my favorites and this is a good one. I love it warm with vanilla ice cream. Recipe originally from the Spokesman Review.
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh peaches ; peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 dash salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons tapioca shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar ; packed shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 pie crust ; 9 inch unbaked chilled shopping list
How to make it
- Toss peaches with sugar, salt and tapioca.
- Spoon into unbaked pie crust.
- Combine remaining ingredients; mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over peaches.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
