Peach Crumble Pie Recipe
I grew up on an orchard - mainly apple but we also had peaches. Fresh peach pie is one of my favorites and this is a good one. I love it warm with vanilla ice cream. Recipe originally from the Spokesman Review.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh peaches ; peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar ; packed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pie crust ; 9 inch unbaked chilled

Directions
  1. Toss peaches with sugar, salt and tapioca.
  2. Spoon into unbaked pie crust.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; mix until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle over peaches.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
