Jetts Spicy Vegetable Soup

It was a drizzly day so I came up with this delicious soup. I had tomatoes with green chiles but if you don't like all that hot-ness use regular tomatoes..
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic shopping list
- 1 can tomatoes with green chiles(I used Ro-Tel) shopping list
- 1/2 cabbage cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen vegetables shopping list
- 4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
How to make it
- Place olive oil in large pot.
- Add garlic and onion stirring until onions are transparent.
- Add the canned tomatoes. Mix well.
- Add the condensed cream of chicken soup.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the cabbage and mixed vegetables.
- Let this cook on medium heat until cabbage is soft and vegetables are tender.
- This is really good with some cornbread.
