Lemon Meringue Martini

this is a great tasting martini if your a lemon lover !!!!!! ok have more than one !!.................................. courtesy of .......cocktails 2006
Ingredients
- 1- lemon wedge and granulated sugar shopping list
- ice shopping list
- 1 1/2 - ounces vanilla vodka shopping list
- 1 1/2- ounces cointreau or you can use triple sec shopping list
- 3/4 - ounces of fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4- ounce simple syrup shopping list
- 1/4- ounce heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- simple syrup recipe...............
- combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over moderate heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar about 3 minutes
- remove from heat let cool..refrigerate in a jar with a lid will keep up to a month........
- makes 1 1/2 cups of syrup................

- moisten the outer rim of a martini glass wit the lemon wedge and coat lightly with the granulated sugar
- fill the cocktail shaker with ice and add the vanilla vodka and cointreau or triple sec , fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and heavy cream
- shake well and strain into prepared glass and serve...
- ......enjoy pucker up muaah!!!!!!!
