Buffalo Chicken Soup Recipe
This soup is kind of a spin on buffalo chicken wings.

Ingredients
  • Package of chicken wings or legs
  • 3-4 stalks of celery, left whole
  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of pre-shreaded carrots
  • 1 can of chicken broth
  • terriaki marinade
  • chili sauce
  • TOPPING
  • crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 oz of sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. place chicken in the bottom of a large deep pot
  2. pour terriaki marinade over each legs till coated
  3. pour tomatoes in
  4. add carrots and celery
  5. add chili sauce to taste, make it as spicey as you like
  6. pour in chicken broth plus one can of water
  7. cook over medium heat til chicken starts to fall off the bone
  8. TOPPING
  9. mix blue cheese and sour cream (add blue cheese to your liking)
  10. season with salt and pepper to taste
  11. refrigerate til soup is done. once the soup is done put some of the topping on top to taste.
