Buffalo Chicken Soup

- Package of chicken wings or legs shopping list
- 3-4 stalks of celery, left whole shopping list
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 cup of pre-shreaded carrots shopping list
- 1 can of chicken broth shopping list
- terriaki marinade shopping list
- chili sauce shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 4 oz of sour cream shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- place chicken in the bottom of a large deep pot
- pour terriaki marinade over each legs till coated
- pour tomatoes in
- add carrots and celery
- add chili sauce to taste, make it as spicey as you like
- pour in chicken broth plus one can of water
- cook over medium heat til chicken starts to fall off the bone
- TOPPING
- mix blue cheese and sour cream (add blue cheese to your liking)
- season with salt and pepper to taste
- refrigerate til soup is done. once the soup is done put some of the topping on top to taste.
