I love Dijon vinaigrettes, love Feta cheese, and love all the other ingredients in this salad. Everything complimented each other well. I didn't have dried cranberries so I left them out, added a few carrot slices and a little red onion. Delicious!!!

**Save this recipe just for the the Dressing!! **
The dressing would go with any salad, including Greek salad! I will definitely make the dressing recipe again and again, I LOVE it!!
The salad is good too, I love the bites with walnut, cranberry and apple---not sure that I like it with the feta. However I love the bites with just feta, lettuce and dressing, Lol! My feta is really strong, so perhaps a mild-softer feta would be better next time.
