Vanilla and Caramel Parfait

- 90g butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup soft brown sugar, firmly packed shopping list
- 2/3 cup cream shopping list
- 1/2 litre vanilla ice-cream shopping list
- 100g chocolate-coated malt balls, halved shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter in medium heavy-based pan. Add sugar, stir over low heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat, simmer, without boiling, 3 minutes or until golden. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add cream, cool. Whisk until smooth.
- Layer ice-cream, malt balls and caramel sauce into four parfait glasses, top with some more malt balls, serve immediately.
