How to make it

  • Heat butter in medium heavy-based pan. Add sugar, stir over low heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat, simmer, without boiling, 3 minutes or until golden. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add cream, cool. Whisk until smooth.
  • Layer ice-cream, malt balls and caramel sauce into four parfait glasses, top with some more malt balls, serve immediately.
