Apple Banana Salad

This is a very tasty fruit salad that is easy to make but heavy on taste. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 2 medium red delicious apples diced shopping list
- 1 large banana halved lengthwise and sliced shopping list
- 1 cup celery thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 4 teaspoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
- lettuce leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Place apples, banana and celery in a medium bowl then set aside.
- In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar and milk until smooth.
- Pour over apple mixture and toss until well coated then serve on lettuce leaves.

March 14/16 This is a great salad recipe. Loved the flavours and textures with the apple, banana and celery. I used a bed of a mixture of baby spinach and baby kale lettuce. Worked great will also be great with Romaine lettuce.
