Apple Banana Salad

Made this last night and loved the recipe. Great texture and taste with the apple, banana and celery. I put it on a bed of baby spinach and kale lettuce. Will be great on Romaine lettuce. Will be making again.

I don't think I'd put the banana in, that sounds weird to me, lol ;) But I guess you never know until you try (as I tell my kids all the time ;)

LOL neither had I until now. Frankieanne that was my first thought too be decided why not give it a try. Family just loved the dish. DH even commented on how good he thought it was and what a great change and he hates mayo.
