Breakfast Pizza

- 1-8 oz. can crescent rolls shopping list
- 6 small new potatoes shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup Canadian bacon, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1 tbls. butter shopping list
- 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded and divided shopping list
- 1 cup colby Jack cheese, shredded and divided shopping list
- 5 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- Grease 12 inch pizza pan
- Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles
- In pizza pan, point elongated points towards center of pan
- Press bottom and sides to form crust and rim
- Seal perforations
- Bake for 5-6 minutes
- Remove from oven (crust will be puffy)
- Reduce oven to 350
- Cook potatoes until tender
- Cool and peel off skins
- Slice into 1/4 inch slices
- In skillet over medium heat, melt butter
- Add green pepper, bacon and oregano and saute for 2 minutes or so
- Spread half of pepper mixture onto crust
- Top with potato slices
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of each cheese
- In mixing bowl, add eggs, milk and salt and pepper and combine
- Pour over pizza
- Sprinkle with remaining pepper mixture and cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes
