Orange Glazed Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

5c frozen broccoli florets

2Tbs water

1Tbs butter

2 green onions,sliced

1/2c orange juice

1Tbs brown sugar

11/2 tsp cornstarch

1/2tsp salt

1tsp grated orange peel

Directions

Place broccoli and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 mins or till broccoli is tender;drain.

Meanwhile,in small saucepan,melt butter. Cook onions in butter 1 min. In a small bowl,combine the orange juice,brown sugar,cornstarch and salt till smooth. Stir into saucepan. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 mins or till thickened.

Stir in orange peel;toss in broccoli with sauce.
