Salsa and Coke Chicken

Well I don't know if I would serve this to company (great sell huh?). It really is delcious considering the time and cost it takes to put together. No one should complain about this recipe but I don't think you'll get any "WOW's! Read more " either....unless you tell them how fast and inexpensive it was. :) See less
Ingredients
- 4 (4oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- ½ cup salsa shopping list
- ½ cup diet Coke shopping list
How to make it
- Put chicken breasts in a square baking pan, sprayed with nonstick spray
- Combine salsa and diet coke; mixing well. Pour over chicken breasts.
- Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done, about 30-40 minutes.

I do coke and chicken on top of the stove, think I will try it tomorrow night by using 1 cup of coke, 1/2 cup catsup and 1/2 cup salsa. Great post, you have my 5
