How to make it

  • Melt butter and add onion
  • saute until translucent
  • Add flour and cook 5 minutes
  • slowly add chicken stock
  • simmer for 10 minutes
  • add half and half and all spices
  • simmer for 10 more minutes
  • Add potatoes
  • Cook until thickened and heated through.
  • Garnich with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese of your choice if desired.
