Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wash greens thoroughly and cut off any stems.
  • Cut into small pieces with scissors.
  • Heat bacon fat, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a heavy saucepan.
  • Wipe greens dry and add.
  • Cook over moderate heat covered until wilted and tender about 12 minutes.
  • Stir in parsley then serve immediately.

    You are a busy busy cooker!! Not to be silly BUT can you really just pick them out of your yard?? Assuming that you don't have fertilizer on the yard?? Sounds wonderful.

    The best thing about this recipe, is that we can all get the dandelion greens for free in our yard come spring time! I love the seasonings here! Will definitely try!
