Aussie Rissoles

- 500 grams mince (ground) any meat but I prefer beef for this recipe shopping list
- 1 onion grated shopping list
- 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons plain flour shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs shopping list
- 2 cups dry breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the ingredients except the dry breadcrumbs and one egg. Mould into patties. Dip them into beaten egg and then cover with dry breadcrumbs. Put them in the fridge for half an hour or until needed. Fry in oil or butter in a pan or on the barbie approx 5-10 minutes each side depending how you like your meat.

April 12/16 Wow what a great recipe. For the herbs I do not have a premixed so I add a good pinch of dry basil, parsley, oregano, chives, thyme and sage. The only dry bread crumbs was Italian style. Will be making again.
