How to make it

  • Mix all of the ingredients except the dry breadcrumbs and one egg. Mould into patties. Dip them into beaten egg and then cover with dry breadcrumbs. Put them in the fridge for half an hour or until needed. Fry in oil or butter in a pan or on the barbie approx 5-10 minutes each side depending how you like your meat.

    April 12/16 Wow what a great recipe. For the herbs I do not have a premixed so I add a good pinch of dry basil, parsley, oregano, chives, thyme and sage. The only dry bread crumbs was Italian style. Will be making again.
