    What a fantastic burger recipe. For the herbs I used a good size pinch of dry basil, parsley, oregano, chives, thyme and sage. Will be making again.

    Sorry that I did not get back to you earlier I doubled the recipe and weighted out 130 grm (about 4 oz.) burgers and got 10 burgers out of it. I pan fried them as the BBQ is still not out of winter storage ;-(
