Mousse Chocolat with a dash of cinnamon and rum

- 50 gram sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 3 spoons of dark rum shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 250 gram cream shopping list
- 250 gram dark chocolate (Belgian) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the chocolate "au bain-marie"
- Whip the cream
- Separate the eggs white and yellow
- Beat the eggs white until you can hold the bowl upside down. The egg white should stay in :-)
- In a large bowl with a hand held mixer, place the sugar and the egg yellow, and cream together until light and fluffy.
- Add the teaspoon of cinnamon and the spoons of rum and stir
- Add the whipped cream and stir
- Add the beaten egg whites and gently stir it under.
- Put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
