How to make it

  • Melt the chocolate "au bain-marie"
  • Whip the cream
  • Separate the eggs white and yellow
  • Beat the eggs white until you can hold the bowl upside down. The egg white should stay in :-)
  • In a large bowl with a hand held mixer, place the sugar and the egg yellow, and cream together until light and fluffy.
  • Add the teaspoon of cinnamon and the spoons of rum and stir
  • Add the whipped cream and stir
  • Add the beaten egg whites and gently stir it under.
  • Put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  • Bon Appetit!
