Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch chips (10-11 0z.)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 1-12 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tbls. butter
  • 2 tbls. water
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions
  1. In bowl, melt butterscotch and peanut butter in microwave, stirring unitl smooth
  2. Add rice krispies and coat well
  3. Press half of mixture into greased 13x9 pan
  4. In bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave, stirring until well blended
  5. Stir in water
  6. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until smooth
  7. Spread over cereal mixture
  8. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate is set
  9. Spread remaining cereal mixture over chocolate
  10. Chill
