Why go for commercil cole slaw when it's so easy to make your own.

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Beat sugar into whipped cream.
- Beat in vinegar.
- Pour over shredded cabbage and carrots.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill about 2 hours before serving.
