Meat Loaf Recipe
This dish puts an Italian spin on the meatloaf. Goes great with garlic mash potatos and steamed your choice of steamed veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 4 oz canned or fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup jar or fresh Parmasean Cheese plus an additional 1/4 cup
  • 1 small onion or shallot
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Pasta Sauce with mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Pasta Sauce

Directions
  1. Chop onions garlic and mushrooms (if using fresh)
  2. Add all ingredients to ground turkey
  3. Top meat loaf with 1/4 cup parmasean
  4. Pour 1/4 pasta sauce over parmasean cheese
  5. Cover with Foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
  6. Remove foil the last 5 minutes of baking and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
