Ingredients

1lb ground turkey

4 oz canned or fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/2 cup jar or fresh Parmasean Cheese plus an additional 1/4 cup

1 small onion or shallot

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

1/2 cup Pasta Sauce with mushrooms

1/4 cup Pasta Sauce

Directions

Chop onions garlic and mushrooms (if using fresh)

Add all ingredients to ground turkey

Top meat loaf with 1/4 cup parmasean

Pour 1/4 pasta sauce over parmasean cheese

Cover with Foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350.

Remove foil the last 5 minutes of baking and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
