Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Thighs, Skinned
  • 1 Onion,Quartered
  • 1 can No Salt Added Stewed (no salt optional) Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 6 oz Frozen Peas,No Salt Added (no salt optional)

Directions
  1. Place the onion in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Layer the chicken on top.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over.
  4. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
