Pasta Con Broccoli Recipe
This is a copycat recipe of the Pasta House Company in St. Louis. If you've ever eaten there, you have probably had this dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 head of broccoli,steamed
  • 1/2 lb cooked pasta shells
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms sauted in 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups of half and half, with just a little bit of milk
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic powder

Directions
  1. Once the broccoli, pasta and mushrooms have all been prepared, combine all ingredients into a 9x13 inch baking pan
  2. cover with foil
  3. bake @ 425 degrees until the sauce starts to thicken (approx. 20 minutes). The sauce will continue to thicken a little once it's out of the oven.
