Tiramisu Bowl

- 1 pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3 c cold milk shopping list
- 2 pkg (4-serving size each) Jell-o vanilla Instant Pudding & pie filling shopping list
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided shopping list
- 48 Nilla Wafers shopping list
- 1/2 c brewed strong coffee, cooled, divided shopping list
- 2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely grated shopping list
- 1 c fresh raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mixes; mix well. Stir in 2 c of the whipped topping.
- Place 24 of the wafers in 2-1/2-qt bowl*; drizzle with half of the coffee. Top with half each of the pudding mixture and the chocolate**. Repeat all layers.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- * Any large bowl will do, but the classic Tiramisu or Trifle bowl makes for the most elegant presentation, as well as making the preparation easier.
- ** Microwave unwrapped chocolate squares, one at a time, on HIGH for 10 seconds. Grate with the large holes of a cheese shredder.
