Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup dried apricot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat cook apricot jam, chopped dried apricots, white wine, honey, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring occasionally, until the jam is melted.
  2. Use as a basting sauce for grilled meats.
  3. Makes approximately 1 cup.
